Call and email links open your chosen applications. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a message for you to review and send. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps have their own privacy practices. Please avoid sharing sensitive health information in an online booking message.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, our own hosting receives anonymous counts of section views, click positions within a section, scroll milestones and booking-button clicks. Data is grouped by page, device width and day. We do not collect typed text, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, query strings, full outgoing URLs or persistent visitor identifiers.
Raw IP addresses are not saved by the analytics application. Hosting access logs may be managed separately by the hosting provider. We do not record your screen or replay your browsing session.
Your choice
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Your choice is stored on this browser. You can change it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. If your browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, collection remains off.
Aggregated analytics files are retained for up to 90 days; expired files are removed when new analytics data is processed.

Can I use the website without accepting analytics?
Yes. You can read the pages and use booking links with analytics disabled. The consent choice does not prevent access to the service menu.
What does the optional heatmap record?
It records aggregate section views, click positions, scroll milestones and selected booking actions, grouped by page, device width and day. It does not record a video of your browsing session.
Does the heatmap save what I type?
No. The analytics application does not retain typed text, contact-form values, names, phone numbers or email addresses from page interactions.
Are WhatsApp messages stored in the website database?
No. The site prepares an enquiry and opens WhatsApp. Any message you choose to send is handled through WhatsApp and the business conversation, not a website booking database.
How do I change my analytics choice?
Use Privacy choices in the footer. Your preference is stored in the current browser, so another browser or a cleared browser profile may ask again.
Does the site respect browser privacy signals?
The analytics code suppresses collection when it detects Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. It also remains off until you choose to allow analytics.
Does the analytics application retain raw IP addresses?
The application’s aggregate analytics files do not store raw IP addresses. The hosting provider may maintain separate server access logs under its own hosting controls.
How long are aggregate analytics files retained?
The application keeps daily aggregate files for up to 90 days, with expired files removed when new events are processed. Dashboard reports cover the most recent 30 days.
Who can open the heatmap dashboard?
The analytics dashboard requires its administrator password. Public visitors cannot request dashboard reports without an authenticated session.
Which services have separate privacy practices?
Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and your email or calling application operate separately. Read their privacy information when following links or choosing to send information.
