Use the differences in format to make the decision
Swedish, deep tissue and Thai are different formats rather than a ranking from weak to strong. A person who likes flowing strokes may choose differently from someone who wants focused pressure or assisted movement. Personal comfort can change from one appointment to the next.
Your next decision
Explain your preferred style to reception, then ask which listed option fits it. Do not diagnose a condition from a service description or assume more pressure is better.
Compare the published service details
These links explain the spa formats and current listed prices; they are not a treatment recommendation for a medical condition.
- Swedish Massage: 60 minutes — ₹1,800. Long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading for an unhurried full-body massage. A welcoming choice when you prefer light to medium pressure.
- Deep Tissue Massage: 60 minutes — ₹2,000. Slower, focused techniques for guests who prefer a firmer massage. Pressure is always a conversation, so ask for adjustments at any point.
- Thai Massage: 60 minutes — ₹2,300. Thai-inspired pressure and assisted stretching for a more active massage experience. Confirm the session style and suitable clothing when booking.

Comparing massage styles: practical questions
Practical answers to help you choose and plan your visit.
Should I compare techniques before comparing prices?
Compare both. Technique, pressure, movement and products affect the experience, while duration and inclusions determine what the listed price covers.
Which listed treatment involves assisted stretching?
Thai Massage includes assisted movement and stretching. Confirm clothing and format directly, especially if you have movement restrictions.
Which listed treatments emphasise flowing strokes?
Swedish and Lomi-Lomi emphasise flowing movements, while Aroma Therapy adds fragrant oils to a gentle massage experience. Ask about the actual technique used by the therapist.
Is Deep Tissue always better value than Swedish?
No. A different technique or price does not make a session universally better. Choose the style that matches your preferences and confirm the final quote.
When should I consider a package instead of one treatment?
Consider a package if you want both listed components and have time for them. Do not pay for a combination merely because its name sounds more comprehensive.
How do I compare two spas’ published prices fairly?
Match the duration, number of guests or therapists, inclusions and tax treatment. A headline starting price may describe a different session from the one you want.
Can I switch treatments after arriving?
Ask before the appointment if you are undecided. A last-minute switch depends on staffing, time and pricing, and should be agreed with reception first.
Can an online guide choose a treatment for a medical symptom?
No. Online comparisons explain service formats; they cannot diagnose a symptom or replace individual clinical advice.
How can I confirm current prices and available appointments?
Compare the individual service pages, then call or WhatsApp +91 74113 69128 with your chosen treatment, date and time. Ask for the final price, taxes, inclusions and offer eligibility before treating the visit as confirmed.
